What our customers say

Took my fleet car to this amazing place today. Very helpful and gave a great service Would recommend if you need a good garage use the Forge service centre 😉

Booked our car in for an MOT and service followed by some remedial work on the brakes and tyres. Both appointments went well, everything done as they said they would, good communication

Brilliant service, friendly, efficient and communicative. Fixed the problem, serviced and MOT’d our van and went above and beyond to help us out and keep us in the loop as we thought it was going to be a write-off. Highly recommend! Thank you all the team at Forge

Great team, super friendly and amazingly able to check, diagnose and repair on the day. Awesome service.

Great experience getting my car MOT’d here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and everything went smoothly. Nothing was too much hassle, and booking was easy to fit around my work schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service and happy all round. Lee and Linda at the desk were great help and top people!!

Friendly helpful service. Were able to fix the problem with my car promptly and explained the issue to me as well.

My wife needed a new battery for her Toyota, quite urgently. Massive thank you to Linda and Chris for such a quick response and making sure she was back on the road. Highly recommended and thanks again.

The team at the Forge service centre are second to none. I’ve challenged the technicians with my problematic van many a time, and they’ve always got to the bottom of it. …a big special shout out to Linda who steers the ship seamlessly…being a full time van lifer it’s important I get my “home” sorted promptly when problems arise, and although I know they’re busy (as any good garage is) she always looks to get me booked in at short notice where possible. A garage you can trust is important and the forge service you definitely can! Well done team

thank you to the entire team at Forge Garage in Ringwood for their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly service. They repaired my car quickly and did a fantastic job. It's so refreshing to find a garage you can truly trust that it was almost a pleasure to have my car break down 😃I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. Many thanks again! — The Frenchie from Ringwood 🇫🇷

Very helpful staff managed to find a cooling issue with my engine (VW) which other garages were unable to find. Very good with pricing considering the large amount of labour it ended up being. Linda was amazing help throughout and kept me well informed with all the steps and made sure I didn’t have any unexpected costs thrown on to my bill. Will definitely be coming back for any issues in the future

After using various garages since moving here five years ago, Im never using anyone else again. Absolutely A+++ service from Linda and the guys. Extremely pleased with the quality and cost of the repairs carried out, and I highly recommend Forge Service Centre.

Excellent Service, walked in needing a small albeit important job done and they accommodated immediately after being turned away by two other garages. Was in and out within an hour. Definitely recommend.

Recommend 100%. Really helped me out today.. last minute problem, very late in the day and still stayed behind after hours to complete. Much appreciated, saved my holiday 😊😊.. Will definitely be seeing you again, 10/10, thank you so much..

Excellent service, people were very friendly. Recommend to anyone if you have MOT due or a service.

Fantastic Service, took my Peugeot Boxer Autocruise Rythm campervan to Forge Service Center in Ringwood, two other local garages had worked on it , they had gassed the Aircon system three times and put a dye into the gas but both failed to find any leaks. Forge Service Center found two leaks, took video footage, repaired both re gassed, waited two hours and rechecked the whole system. All fixed. Great staff all friendly and helpful, a pleasure to do buisness with them. Not something I would usually say when dealing with a garage repairing your vehicle. Highly Recommended.

absolutely brilliant!! thank you for helping me out when on holiday when my boot lid broke and hit me on the head, you really helped me out when other garages were too busy and got me on the road safely again, I could not praise you all highly enough, fantastic!!!

Very helpful and friendly place. The young guy ( I’m sorry I don’t know your name - with a cap:) at the garage walked to my car which was stuck on the field in a walking distance to help out and did his best … Thank you so much again.

The team provided us with a really unbelievable service nothing was to much trouble. Recently our two busy vans both suddenly developed faults at the same time. From a phone call and in for diagnostics with not simple faults Dennis,Linda and mechanic worked tirelessly as other problems occurred along the way. We are very grateful to all of them as they were repaired and on the road with out delay. Thank you and we will be coming back again with our vehicles.

Great service, the van broke down unexpectedly and they got it back on the road very quickly, provided a courtesy car and from start to finish were fantastic. Thanks guys

Absolutely incredible service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thank you to Linda, Dennis, and Josh!! Phoned the garage with issues on two vans in which at least one was needed by the weekend. The team went above and beyond to get them both looked at and fixed before the weekend despite new problems cropping up at every turn! Very good value given the amount of work that was done at very short notice, easily could have been double at a main dealer! The team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I can not recommend this garage enough! I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on! Thank you!!

Fantastic service, quick and really good value.
