Class 4
About us
Ringwood’s MOT centre
We test cars, vans and minibuses on 156 Christchurch Road, Ringwood — one of the Forge Garage Group's four MOT centres.
Class 4, 5 and 7, all under one roof
Ringwood MOT Centre is the MOT side of Forge’s Ringwood site at 156 Christchurch Road. We test Class 4 vehicles — cars, motor caravans, taxis and vans up to 3,000kg — Class 7 vans up to 3,500kg, and Class 5 minibuses, all to the DVSA’s standards for the class.
Booking is simple. Enter your registration, pick a weekday time that suits you, and pay at the centre on the day. The test you’re offered is the one your vehicle’s record says it needs, at a fixed price you can see before you book.
We’re part of the Forge Garage Group — “raising the standards” — which also runs MOT centres in Winton, on Magna Road and in Blandford.

Booked our car in for an MOT and service followed by some remedial work on the brakes and tyres. Both appointments went well, everything done as they said they would, good communication

Brilliant service, friendly, efficient and communicative. Fixed the problem, serviced and MOT’d our van and went above and beyond to help us out and keep us in the loop as we thought it was going to be a write-off. Highly recommend! Thank you all the team at Forge
